1/ How does the product work?

How long does one box of Procurves Plus last?

Each box of Procurves Plus includes pills for a month of use. That means that you have to buy one box for each month you wish to follow the treatment.

I did not receive the Breastperformance program together with my order, why?

Breastperformance is an online program and it is located on the Breastperformance website, www.breastperformance.com. When you receive your Procurves plus order you will also receive a letter with all the information to access the Breastperformance program, such as username and password. You will therefore not receive any CD with your order.

How long should I take the pills to get the best results?

We recommend that you follow the treatment for at least 4-5 months to obtain the best results. That means that you have to buy at least 4-5 boxes as each box contains a month of treatment.

When will I start to see the first results?

Our clients normally begin to see the first results after the second month of treatment.

Is it necessary to take the pills and do the exercises at the same time, in order to get any results?

No, you can get an effect without doing the exercises. But we strongly recommend taking the pills and following the exercise program at the same time, so you can get the best results. The exercises are a supplement to make the results appear faster and also it keeps your breasts in a good shape.

2/ Doubts about payment methods and shipping

Can I order the shipping with UPS to Latinamerica, Asia, and Africa?

No, only shipping with TNT to these countries. At the moment there are some problems with these countries customs and we can only do the shipping with TNT to these countries.

I am not happy with the results, can I get my money back?

Our product is completely natural and results vary from person to person. Some organisms are more susceptible to change and hence the effect is much faster. We are so confident in the effectiveness of the product, that if you still want results, we can send 2 units of the product for free with UPS. The only condition is that by accepting this gift, you accept the total cancellation of the refund policy. If you on the contrary, still wish to proceed with the money refund and in accordance with the terms presented on our website, we will only make the refund if you:

Bought at least 2 units
Have used the product for 2 months
Intend to return the packages within the 7 days after the second month
Return all the products you bought (full or empty)

What do I have to do if I wish to return the products and get the money back?

You have to contact us by email and if you meet the conditions for the money back guarantee, we will send you a Refund Form you have to fill out and send back to us together with the products you are returning.

I do not have a credit card, is there another way I can pay?

Yes you can pay by making a money transfer to our account or with Western Union. Contact our customer care service for further details.

Yes, you can send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The emails are normally answered 2-3 times a day.
My order has not arrived? Who do I contact?

If your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service and give them the email address or name you used to order the product with. That way, they can find your order right away and help you as fast as possible.
